anyone purchase a OEM CCTL before???

does it come with the screw in the middle?
so all u need to buy is the gasket and the tensioner itself? that's it?
and u can re-use all the mounting bolts and washer right?

thanks.

No it doesn't I reused mine.

so u need the screw/washer for the new tensioner?
what about the 2 mounting bolts/washers? need new? or reuse old ones?

any adjusting needed on the new tensioner? or just plug and play?

I reused the old mounting bolts. Once you've put in the new tensioner, pull out the key and then put in the washer and screw on the end. I used a new washer

when u purchase the new tensioner, does it come with a screw and washer on the back of the tensioner?

no, it comes with a lock. install the new cct using the old mounting bolts once its in take out the lock(which engages the tensioner) then put the old bolt and washer in the back of the cct

but there is no room to install the washer and bolt in the back of the tensioner, once its in its place.
can u do it before installing the new tensioner?

oxyg3ne 05-22-2010 06:04 AM

no u have to install it when its in place
