Anyone have a write up on air-box removal?

I lifeted the tank and took the airbox cover off but from there I see two screws under the actual filter. What else needs to be done so I can remove the box? thanks for any help

There are two screws holding the air funnel assembly to the lower airbox and tops of throttle bodies. Remove those, pop the breather hose loose and then lift gently up on the airbox. It will come free.

Kinda gotta wiggle it some to get the air ducts free.

Reverse to reassemble.

Yeah, it's pretty easy, although having the Service Manual is helpful. Here's a write-up with pics: LINK.

Where do you guys put the gas tank in the meantime??

Undo all four bolts that hold it down, then just lift up the front & strap it in place. It's easier if it's practically empty (although not necessary) and the bike should be level, or close to it.
