When you say "yellow/black" do you mean yellow and that Titanium color (kinda grey) or did they actually offer yellow/black in '06?

Don't you have to be 18 to get an M-class permit or license? The only way for someone under 16 to get an M class permit is by taking the MSF course then taking the motorcycle test at the DMV after a certain amount of time.

i think it might depend on the state. here in arizona, you can get a motorcycle permit at 15 years 7 months, and then get your license at 16 years old. you dont have to take the msf course, and once your 18, you dont have to wear a helmet.

.....i think arizona should change every one of those laws.....
