Default Aftermarket vs oem headlights.

I need to buy a headlight and was wondering, Does anyone have any experience with buying any aftermarket new f4i headlights? I'm not worried about light output or anything.

The delkevic ones just look a little diff from the used oem ones also for sale on eBay...

Right well I picked up my headlight from delkevic and decided to post some pics. Does your oem headlights have this little hole inbetween the two lights? it looks like it would fit annother bulb but i know f4i's dont do that. cost$120

Also Im swaping all this out on my f3, can someone tell me what the two screw mounts on the top middle are for? The cheapo fairings I bought dont use these two holes.

The 2 up top I think are to mount the BAS. Not sure what the one in the lower middle is for

BAS? If your talking about the middle lower mount, that definitely attaches to the fairing. For me at least...

I believe the european models utilize that middle hole for a bulb of some sort...almost like the third eyes that the newer rr have

I would throw a blue LED in there or something. Just a little something to catch an eye while driving by.

That's the moisture drain....

Edit: You'll need to swap some parts from the factory headlight.

Bummer it would be sweet to throw a extra light in there.

What parts are you talking about swapping? I was just gonna get a hid kit and go from there.
