Seems high with that kind of damage, the rr is the same price

with half the miles I would go for that. If you really like the f4i

like I do I would keep shopping for 4k you should be able to find

a nice one. I wouln't pay 3k for that one.

Yep, too high. It has also been my experience that if you are patient and gather some options, you will get exactly what you want for a good price. Plus, every once in awhile there are crazy good deals from private sellers that you should ****** up immediately, you just gotta keep your eyes open.

FWIW: I just picked up a 2003 F4i w/13k miles, new tires, sprockets, chain, exhaust & PCIII - came with a helmet & leather jacket for $2k... If your patient, you can find great deals.

That is a TOTAL ripoff.

For 3300 you can have mine with 8k on it - kept in a heated/cooled garage.

I wouldnt buy from a dealer. Maybe im wrong but ive never seen a fairly priced bike ever. My experience is private seller plus inspection is the way to go. also as everyone else has stated the deals are out there you just have to wait. Its so much more rewarding in the long run getting the bike that meets all your requirements than just jumping at the first bike that crosses your path. If Seaford lives near you id go check out his bike. awesome price plus hes a forum member so you have a high chance the bikes been taken care of properly.

if you've got an android based phone, download the app "craigsnotifica" you can set it up to just search the motorcycles section, for multiple locations all at once. Set up anywhere you're willing to go.

If you're willing to travel - this is about 3 hours east of you:
01 F4i - $3000
http://shreveport.craigslist.org/mcy/2182107979.html
(guy went crazy with the stickers, but nothing a hairdryer can't take care of.)

05 ninja 636 - $3900
http://shreveport.craigslist.org/mcy/2182331670.html
(pic sucks, but there's a couple of shreveport guys on the forum here - you might be able to get them to give it a look-over without having to travel)

04 636 - in cadedo Mills, TX (not too far from DFW) - $3100
http://shreveport.craigslist.org/mcd/2181854409.html

so - look around, there's better deals to be found. Don't like something about what you find, walk away - something else will be around shortly.
