Thanks for the input. For the tune-up and oil what are the best plugs to use, and which oil would you use?

i use the honda oil/oil filter
theres alot of debate about oil but i figure if the people who's job it is to design this machine to run picked that oil, then it works for me
i havent changed plugs yet so ull have to wait for someone else to come along for that

D/L a manual, it'll tell ya exactly what plugs to use. NKG Irridium (maybe NGK but whatever) And they ain't cheap. I paid 50 bucks for mine. As far as oil, make sure its motorcycle oil, car oil wont work. (well it will but your clutch will slip) Our bikes have a "wet" clutch set up, meaning that the engine oil also lubes our clutch. That sht ain't cheap either, Mobil 1 is like 10 bucks a quart, but then Valvoline is only 4 bucks. Alot of people swear by Amsoil, I've never used it though. What "G3n" said makes sense, but the OEMs (all of em) use whatever is cheapest that meets specs. Not just oil, but EVERYTHING. Some stuff EXCEDES OEM specs, but costs a lil more. And thats why Mfgs dont use the "better" stuff. Anyways whatever oil you choose will be fine. (as long as its motorcycle oil designed for wet clutches).
