you could just get a F4 tail if you want to "delete" the grab bar

 

or a split seat conversion

 

I wanted to remove the grab bar for the longest time, but I feared the holes would be too ugly or noticeable.

Also, I have heard somewhere (maybe on the forum?) they made their own little plastic covers for the four holes. If I was a bit more comfortable with that kind of stuff, I would suggest that.

 

When I bought my f4i it came with a seat cover, yes a seat cover for the rear....on a banana seat...strange I know. But once I removed the cover the very first thing I noticed were the two massive holes, lol. So I'm in search of the bar. I'll be willing to take it off your hands for a reasonable price!

 

I don't think the tahitian candy blue exists in a split seat version OR the F4 bike came in that color.

I wanna bring out my inner McCgyver and just make two plastic pieces with the screw holes, so I can put the grab bar on when wifey wants to ride, and take it off when I'm Lone Ranger.
