2004 cbr600f4

here goes my first post!
i understand the the main bulbs are H7 one high one low
but there's another smaller bulb in between the H7's
when does this bulb lights up? what size is this bulb?

are the turn signals and tail bulb standard 5w bulbs?

if your talking about the small bulb in the center of the nose of the bike that is in a seperate housing than the actual head lights it is a size 198.

 

Okay, I just looked on my 02', it looks like it has a place for a bulb in the center that has a cover/plug over it. What does that bulb do? and is there a wiring socket to it on the 02's ? Might be something to play with.

 

Same on my '05. Can anyone shed some light on this? Just curious.

 

Yea I seen that a few months back on my 05 too...

I have a ultra bright mini strobe light kit I bought with the thought of putting it in there. When I get the front apart and actually get a good look at this I'll post the info here if no-one else has any info on it.

 

if you are talking about the little light about the headlights, its nothing more than a running light. its a 194 bulb. I have a7 color changing led bulb in mine. I have extra's cost is 6.50 a bulb will ship for free. I will try to take pic this weekend and post. so everyone can see[:-]

 

Hmm, too lazy to walk out and check, but I don't think my 06 has it.
