Default 330 mile ride

what's up all, hoping to get some feedback, my girl and me rent a house in obx every year, (this year it's on a golfcourse, heaven). Last year I really missed my bike, lots of good riding in obx (very scenic) and it also would have been a great ride down (from philadelphia). So thinking about putting it on a trailor, or possibly risers and riding down. Riding down with the stock bars (for me) it out of the question, I'd be crippled. Antbody out there have some experience with this situation?[sm=feedback.gif]

My two cents would be to put it on a trailer and take it with you. If you're gonna be there for a while, you and your gal will probably need a cage while you're there. This way you could have both. I've been on vacation before without my bike and have almost always regretted it. Even if you only get in a few rides it will be worth it. Just my opinion.

I'm with 'Ye Olde Phat Guy for a few reasons. Three hundred miles on a stock CBR is doable...but it's vacation. Not the most comfortable way to gothree hundred miles, and you'd have to do it twice. Trailer the thing, drive down with your girl (in the same vehicle), be comfortable.

if the bike is so uncomfy to ride? why dont u have risers on it now? A 330 mile ride isnt ****. thats like maybe a 3 hour ride....my question would be if u cant sit sitting on a bike that long, then why do u have it? just to a vehicle to get to work and back? or what?

Maybe a 3 hour ride if you are going 110mph NONSTOP! But no CBR can do 330 miles.
