I have a feeling that the F4i will be around for awhile since it dosent need to be "cutting edge" anymore. The 600rr will continue to advace every year, the F-Series will probably now be relegated to a "city bike". It means that I will probably not be in the market for the next gen of F-bike. Most of us that love the razor sharp handling of the F4i will probably have to move to the 600rr when it's time for a new bike.

If you are a member of HRCA you will get a sneak peek of the 07 line up on Sept 6. If I can I will snag some pics.

I thought it was time for an overall change for the F4i but I guess they decided the 600rr goes first argh!

01-03 F4i
04-06 F4i... now 04-07?

but ya if they did a change I bet they will bring the 2 seat back as many complain it doesn't look sporty enough with the banana.

Don't hold your breath. The 01-03 is the only F-bike that has had split seats. Since it's not a racer anymore I don't see it happening.

I would think that the Hornet/599 is a better model to compete with the SV and 650R. I would like to see them update the 599 with the F4i motor and lower gearing. That would be a perfect off the rack streetfighter.

holy crap that would be SAWEET if they put a F4i motor in the hornet!!! to bad if they do its going to be de-tuned like all factory street fighters.....[:@] i saw one of those kawasaki Z1000's with clip-ons, and it looked F'in awsome! they sould make it come like that... or with an option..
