and wondering if it is the same Yellow that is on my 2006 model? and also it says it includes the turn signal integrator, so that means the wiring box to make the tail lights the turning lights also right? so this appears to be everything i need.

does anyone have this model? anyone like it?/dislike it?

 

It is not the same color. the '06 has a slightly richer hue to it. different paint code.

 

are they like off the wall different or barely noticeable or what? i guess i could get it repainted to the correct yellow.

 

Heard its noticable once you get up on it...but not as bad as the 02 or 03 yellow not sure which year.

 

They're pretty different. The earlier ones are more "big bird yellow" and the '06 has a slight tilt towards "school bus yellow". It's mild, but it's there.

ok so im trying to buy a tail fairing from an 01-03 yellow f4i cause im doin the sat conversion to my 06 yellow. is it going to be a dramatic difference and will it look funny?

The color code for the 06 yellow is 2613-2 and the color code for the 04 is 2850 if you want to look into it a little more check out this website
