Bike is currently at 24 xxxkm I ride the bike actively with no problems i purchased it a month ago and i noticed a noise kind of high pitched constantly coming from it, i was wondering if this sounds normal to everyone else.

Sounds normal to me, maybe the fuel pump? It is nearly 20 year old.
