Mine is in a holder between the fuse box and harness on the right side under the seat. I'm on a 929, but yours should be the similar.

Section 1 of the manual.

That's a big assumption to make. Tracing further is fairly complex. Hours could be spent only to come back to a blown fuse. You really need to be sure.

Ok so I'm a bit of a dumba**here cause it is a fuel system problem and I've been chasing spark all along I tore it all the way down again and sprayed in some starting fluid and fired right up so now where do I go from here guys pump primes fine but apparently no injector pulse caused by arcing out the battery
And upon my tear down I still only have two fuses that are loose one on the start relay(main) and one that is inline between battery and fuse block
Please help I've very much appreciated the help thus far
Need some fuel system diag

To get injector pulse you need constant power on one side and pulsing ground on the other through the ecm. First step is to see if you're missing the power or ground signal. You can use a test light to test it.

While you're at it, test the pink wire from the ignition switch for 9v. That's the one that makes the ecm work.

Test that stuff and let us know your results.

Well I thank all of you for your help especially you Mr. 74Deamon
The problem ended up being just a pinched fuel line when I set the tank down and tighten it so the spark actually did nothing at all and I've been staring at wiring diagrams for the last week tryin to fix this. It all jus goes to show ya that on a Honda most of the time problems are jus simple stupid issues that get over looked and Can be easily fixed with a little backtracking

So the next time u hear from me ill be posting pics of my cbr/RR conversion
Thanks for all your patience
