What's up guys. Yet another "what price seems right?" thread.

Its a Silver & Dark Grey 2005 F4i. 4500 miles, excellent condition, plenty of tire left, no scratches. He's asking $6500 for it. It looks great in person, but I still have to wait for the owner to reply so I can test ride it. I've never looked for an F4i before, so I'm curious (my roommate who is bike-less would like one and he tipped me off to this one).

So, what would be a fair price to offer the guy?

 

Well, it only book for $5,9xx so, I think hes asking a little too much, dont you think? I would bring $5,700 in cash and they should take it.

 

I just paid $5400 for my 2006 F4i with 1,000 miles on it. Came with a rumble undertail, rumble ghost flushmounts, PUIG dark smoke race double bubble, all installed by the Honda dealership. Was in showroom floor, immaculate, mint condition.'

I have the same exact bike in mint condition with countless mods that I could be willing to part with for $6300 but no less. It only has 1750 miles on it. Somemods are listed in my sig. I also have the targa cowl, a tank pad, rear turn signal integrator/modulator, not sure what else isn't listed in my sig. I have all the orignal parts too.

 

I got mine back in April for $6K with 4400 miles. Seems a tad much, and I live in a relatively expensive market, NJ/NYC area. I would probably offer somewhere around 5500 or so.

 

$5,700 - $5,800.

damn have him find a 01-03 with more miles but equally as nice for half what that guy is asking.. i got an 02 with 20k miles and upgrades for 3500 but im in cali so the bike market is a different where ever you go

 

Hellooooooo. The original poster needs to jump on that deal IMO. Probably not going to find anything any better than that for a while.
