i am new to the stunt scene and i recently bought a 2004 f4i and it was stunted out at some point and the guy i bought it off of was trying to turn it back into a regular street bike. i was woinding what all i need to do to turn it back into a stunt bike. it doesnt look like the guy before me did a whole lot, as it still has the larger chain and rear sprocket, the hand brake bracket. i know i need/should get a cage, and do the clean airmod. but any other tips/suggestions yall have would be helpful.

 

Jump the tipover sensor if its still got one
I would say also a subcage if you can swing it because the stock passenger pegs I found were super slippery

 

"clean air mod" is such a miss name. And no, you don't have to do it to stunt.

 

boredandstroked - I was under the impression the clean air mod would help stop oil from flooding the airbox when the bike is dropped - is this wrong? (i havent done this mod)

 

I don't know? My bike has been on its side a few times without any oil going in the airbox, but maybe its something that can help in certain situations?
