Default 2002 Honda CBR 600 F4i Left Mirror

I dropped my bike at a low speed (5MPH) due to gravel the other day and the left mirror snapped off. Where would be the cheapest place to buy one for a 02 CBR 600 F4i? I have seen both oem and carbon fiber. Is the carbon fiber worth it? Also I'm just wondering, I have frame sliders sitting next to me. Had I installed those before I went out could I have prevented the mirror snapping off?

Thanks,
John

I dont know if the carbon fiber is worth it, i dont see any way they function better, its just a mod for looks IMO. I would say ebay has pretty cheap mirrors, and for the frame sliders, they would of probably protected your fairings and probably prevent your mirror from snapping off, however we wont know untill someone drops their bike going 5mph due to gravel and has frame sliders.

Not sure if you have a Cycle Gear in your area but if you do they can order it for you for like $20-$25. It's EMGO.

I bought a replacement mirror off a company from amazon. Looks good but shakes like crazy. You can still see car like objects in it though so I guess thats the important part.

I bought a pair of shorty mirrors off ebay for like $35, and I am happy with them. They look great, and function just like the OEM ones although the glass is not as clear.

Find me a RF-1100 Helmet on the cheap while you're at it zmds18.

Size Large - Matte Black with a chrome visor.

Or maybe that new Red Dragon one.
