2002 F4i tires suggestions!!!
I'm looking at buying new tires. I need a front and rear. I only ride on the street. I like to ride fast but also use it as a commuter. I do a good amount of highway but mostly 45-55mph roads in the area. Any ideas???
A good dual compound tire would be your best option...something along the lines of the Dunlop Q2 or the Michelin Pilot Power 2CT. If you want more of a commuter/all weather tire, the Dunlop Roadsmart or Michelin Pilot Road are good options. You'll get less mileage from the more aggressive Q2/2CT vs the Roadsmart/PRs.
Of course, there are the Bridgestone & Pirelli options as well.

My recommendations are based on routine daily commuting, responsible street riding (which includes hard accelerations), & occasional twisties, ....not stunting/wheelies, etc. Dual compounds utilized during the former mentioned, *will* last longer that std tires.
