I have parts from all the big 4 (and some of the euro brands too) on my bike.
Do it.
Tokico brakes are Tokico brakes, not Suzy's brakes.
Likewise, Showa forks are Showas.
I don't know if I'd like having a giant "S" on my triple tree, but some epoxy, sandpaper, and a rattle can make that issue disappear.

I'm not saying all Showa forks are the same, nor Tokico brakes. The manufacturers do specify how they want them made.
But the point is, if you want nice USDs on your bike, and the ones off of a Suzuki are close to the length, go for it. Make sure they're sprung close to the same too (but I'm sure you took that into account). And as far as brakes, you do need to know what kind of master cylinder bore Suzuki was running to make sure you'll still have an ideal setup for that as well (if you're not completely swapping over the entire front end).

Thanks Ive been doing some more research and I'm trying to stick with everything Honda to make it simpler. Rc51 front is what I'm aiming for now, close to almost 2 inches longer forks than a 1000rr. Front end swap is scheduled for winter season so I'll try to get more details and pricing before I start ordering.

So after doing some more reading I'm leaning towards just rebuilding the stock forks with Ohlins internals. Steering head on the frame is designed to work with these forks, I don't have to worry about steering geometry changes, no need to look for parts to swap. Also planning on buying Galfer rotors, pads, and SS lines sometime in the future.
