Default 2 flash fi code

So ive been battling this weird problem the last 2 months. I was taking my airbox off to get to the cct and decided after I took it off that I didnt want to deal with changing it and took it to the shop the next day. I pit it all back together but since then if its cold outside or it rains and my bike is outside. I get really low idle for about 10 seconds then bumbs up to normal idle. Then 2 flashes, it didnt happen for almost a month then Last night happened again. I took the airbox off again and undid the map sensor and redid all the conections on friday. It rained last night and happened again. My gas mileage has gone to 120 a tank the last few months since then. Is there anythijg else I shoupd do? Why is it only happening very little and only when its copd.

on the left side of your airbox there is your map sensor, there is a hose that plugs into that as well as the wire connector. right in the bottom.
there are 5 hoses that go into your airbox, and 2 sets of wires.

I know where the map sensor is, I'm trying to find out if there is anything else I should check, the hoses are fine, I've checked all connections and blew them out to make sure there was no leaks or anything in there.

Default jumpig wires

Does anyone have a picture of this plug? If I simply turn the key (not starting the engine) I am getting a repeating two long flash, followed by 3 short flashes. Is this the code? I haven't jumped the wires so I don't know if this code is correct.

If this is the correct code, what does it mean?
Thanks for any help,
Gary

I am running a gpstyle short exhaust just past the 02 sensor. Did the extra heat toast the 02 sensor? Is the heating element different than the actual 02 sensor?

Can I use a 02 eliminator with out pcIII? to solve this issue, or will I harm something else? I am new to the CBR so any help is appreciated.

Gary
