RE: 180 on kickstand!
I do it all the time with my YZF, haven't yet on the CBR, but that's only because it's up on stands being rebuilt right now.
Easy steps to do this.
1. Start on left side of bike and grab the handlebars.
2. turn bars full lock to right
3. put your right hip up against the tank
4. Pull the right handle-bar towards you and the bike will come up on the stand
5. have to do a little balancing act to get the whole bike up
6. Keep the bike tight against your body and start stepping backwards, will just spin around.
I've heard it will bend your kickstand after repeated use, but for every once-in-a-while it shouldn't be a big deal.

RE: 180 on kickstand!
I did it for 2 years on my 97 superchicken, and that's a almost a 500lb bike...well, 460ish. I have to do it because I'm only 5'5 and to walk the bike backwards and then jump on seems a little embrassing. On the 6RR, it's super easy and it's sooooo light. A trick my friend thought me is put your hip right next to the middle of your gas tank, makes the bike a little more easier to balance. But once you get it down it's easy.
Oh, something off topic here, carry a pringle top in your compartment. When you have to park your bike in a dirt cover parking lot or grass, it keeps the kick stand from sinking into the ground.
