I get an email whenever a new topic is posted and get more than 100 per day and my email inbox is getting flooded with this crap. How do i turn this option off, i went into my profile and saw nothing? I do not want to receive a new email every single time a topic is posted, thanks!

 

2 well-known options:
Create a filter in your email, to put all cbrforum messages in a separate folder so inbox is free
Remove your subscription from the F4i list... not from cbrforum.com, just the F4i subforum. If you subscribe to a forum, you WILL get a message for every topic I didnt see a batch mode on this forum.
Post future website questions in the website section, so that the admins see it and can respond

 

Go back to your "My Profile" and make sure the following are not checked.

Forum subscription preference
Notify me whenever a message is posted (this one)
Notify me only when a new topic is posted

Thread subscription preference
Notify me whenever a message is posted (and This one)
Notify me once per thread until I visit the thread again
Notify me once per thread until I visit the thread again or until I visit the board the next time
