lol if you're in first and wanting to take off, just giving it gas wont be the fast way out. My bike, if i'm just puttering along and gun it, takes a second to get up and go. If you really want to get up and go, pull the clutch in a bit and launch your bike to get rolling a lot faster.

I was twisting the trothle open on my father's carbourated ZX-6E (94) , this being a powerhouse 600cc bike, it was choking in neutral badly. I never seen it do what my F4i does in the low rpms when riding it though. I'll take it for a ride & compare the two.

I paid particular attention on my commute today, and I don't know how you guys could be running such low RPM's anyways! Off the line infirst, I've barely released the clutch and I'm already at about 3500 and climbing fast (and I'm barely giving it). You guys are lugging the engine. And ATV rider, if you're giving it half throttle at 2500 RPM's you're in the wrong gear! Why would you be going 30 in 6th and expect it to accelerate well?

I don't know yo
,I account that for a different riding style
I value smooth and rapid acceleration from low to mid rpms. These are urban riding conditions for me for the most part. This bike blasts on the expressway, but that's a easy part of riding. I'm in a market for a second hand (perfect working condition PC3USB) . Any reviews on the map from the twobros.com for the F4i + 2bros slip + original/k&n filter ? I not thinking about getting it customed tho.
I think I gotta get the 02 sensor eliminator too .

I hear ya! I've been riding for 3 years now and I'm finding that I'm giving it much more throttle as I release the clutch off the line. It feels much better. I bet I'm over 3000 rpm before the clutch is all the way out (and I'm letting go of the clutch pretty fast - not riding it at all) When I nail it just right, I can't believe the acceleration.
