Talking 04-06 F4i (Banana Seat) 600rr Swingarm Conversion???

Can it be done? I don't want to convert to the split seat. Im in love with the banana.

Also if it can. Will there be anybody willing to machine the spacers and do the tubing? And ill pay you for shipping, etc etc. Or overall help me with the mod locally?(ill pay) I live in Miami and I REALLY want to get this mod done.

You need a new subframe, fairings, undertray, etc. It's the tail section that is completely different. I wanted to swap too, but I just ended up selling and getting one that had a split seat already

There is plenty of threads on here if you dig a little bit that show you how or list the parts off that you need.

My friend did it, it took a few beers and half of the afternoon (including painting the fairing). The whole project would cost you somewhere around $300 if I remember correctly.

I don't think he wants to change the seat.

Right, I seen every single thread of people doing the conversion and I know the parts to get... Im just curious how it would turn out on a banana seat since all threads shows it has been done only with split seat F4i's

I think everyone is confused on the wording of your question....
I think yer asking to convert to the 600rr swing arm but would like to keep the banana seat. So you just want to know if the conversion can be done with out going with the split seats?
I'm myself am no expert and really no clue I would say no since the tabs on the banana seat go on to the slots on the frame and I've never seen a 600rr with signal seat.
(But like I said my thought since I'm still learning bout bikes lol)

Im not confused, the seat and subframe have nothing to do with the swingarm. It has no affect on swapping to the 600rr setup.
