02 cbr600f sport please help

Default 02 cbr600f sport please help
Hello
I have a cbr600f sport on a 52 plate it has a standard air filter and a blue flame exhaust ! at around 7000 revs the bike feels like it is going to die there is just no acceleration and it feels like it is being starved or something and at around 8500 it comes to life again

does it have a power commander?

No its standard but by the look of the electrics it did have one but it has been removed
