02 cbr600 time set

Got an 02 cbr600 and need to set the clock. Bought it used so I don't have a manual. Also need a good place to buy a rear tire. Gonna try to get the widest one I can find. Any help would be appreciated.

$3500. had 3300 mi on it with a two brothers pipe

getting a tire too wide(wider than the wheel is designed for) can mess up the profile of the tire and end up with less traction than the narrower correctly sized tire
