01 600 f4i locking up. Bad clutch?
So I was riding my 01 cbr 600 f4i this afternoon when it randomly seized up as I was coming to a stop. As I pulled of again it was king of just clunking forward and making a knocking sound and after it rolled forward for a little bit it would keep locking up and the bike wouldnt move. I looked at my clutch plates and they were burned up pretty bad. Also my bike seemed to be low on oil. The bike has always ran fine and it gas 43,000 miles on it. I wanted an opinion on if it could be the clutch burned out or maybe a transmission problem or something? I am honestly lost.

get the rear wheel off the ground and spin it... does it spin free? sounds like one of your brake pads may have bit the dust.... If thats fine, start it and put it in gear, does the wheel spin free under power from the motor? if not, it should be easy to spot what the issue is when ur next to the bike rather than sitting on it holding on to the bars

Remove all your plates and check individually. Look for any damage. Check clutch housing tangs for damage. Clutch plates etc , can break and if one has, then a piece of plate could be locking your bike up. Look closely and take your time
Should also check that pressure plate, springs etc are all good.
