wanted: original front indicators

wanted: original front indicators
Anyone out there ditch their front indicators for some fancy flush mounts and have no use for the stock stuff?
I want to have running lights and indicators in the rear, and it turns out the stock rear blinkers don't have 3 wires like the front does. . . so I only get the blink.

So I have been doing some more homework on this, and it turns out to be completely illegal to have rear-facing amber lights. What I wanted to do was have the rear indicators act as running lights the same my front.
The second problem I discovered is that the wiring in the front will kill the juice to the running light filament when powering the blinker so you get a true on then off. I was planning on tapping into the currently un-used license plate wiring in the back, but I think that would stay on when the blinker was powered on. . .
So, thank you for responding, but at this time I think my original idea is probably not such a great idea.
