Rubbers needed
You are very likely going to need to get them via an online auction site and buy more of the assembly than you need or go to what I believe is referred to in your part of the world as a breakers.

Ha, I think I may have found some....
So it would appear that the US bikes did not come with a grab handle, so no luck there.
From you diagram I have found the parts.
7, 84101-MV9-600 Rubber, R. Grip Pipe
8, 84102-MV9-600 Rubber, L. Grip Pipe
You should be able to order the Right from here:

The Left does not appear in stock, but worth an email to them.

That's right, the US versions of the F2 and F3 didn't come with the grab handle. I recall that most of the fairing sets that you used to be able to purchase from China always had holes in the tail section for the EU models, and looked pretty stupid without the handles to fill the openings.
