What pound spring is on it? Fox twin clickers are excellent shocks. They are super adjustable compared to stock units.

Anything is better than a stock F3 shock.

Adjustability-ride height, compression, dampening, change spring. The ride is much better also.

No experience with one on the road but for drag racing, they are the ****. I had a hard time hooking up down track without mine. Decent price too.

It's good to go.Unless you weigh 120# or 220#.

But it's easy to adjust.

Nah, not since the internet came along LOL. Take your weight and what you intend to do with bike and go off other people's recommendations. You can also download manual for it and it has some setup tips in it. Besides normal collars to adjust spring, **** at bottom, bottom clevis screws in/out for ride height, and **** on remote reservoir. Luckily I had couple friends already using them on their dragbikes, so I went off their experiences. Good thing too, cause I was lost LOL.
