I have a complete 97-98 tail conversion available minus the center tail section as they are hard to find used. This includes both left and right tail sections, seat, taillight, taillight bracket, and undertray with the fender eliminated. I purchased these parts from members here as well on eBay with the intentions of converting the tail but never actually did it. The only piece that is missing is the center tail section located just behind the rear seat which for an OEM piece is $95.00. Here are some pics from my cell phone so I appoligize if the quality is not great. The right side tail fairing had a small crack towards the front bottom portion which was fixed prior to me buying it. The left side tail fairing also had a crack in it towards the rear top portion which was also fixed prior to me purchasing it. These can be seen in the pics.

The locking lugs that attach the tail fairings to the lower fairings are also included which were purhcased from the local Honda dealership. These lugs are two pieces held together with a roll pin.

97-98 Seat has one small tear near the rear which is barely noticable.

All parts are located here in Valdosta, GA, 31601. I would like to just get back what I have in them which is $300.00 plus actual shipping. If sold separately the break down is as follows:

1.) Left and right tail fairings together - $140.00
2.) Undertray/taillight/taillight bracket - $90.00
3.) Seat - $55.00
4.) Locking lugs - $15.00
