Valve knocking?
well i replaced the head and the piston and shes running pretty well now. The valve bent and destroyed the piston and the cylinder head. Luckily i had a spare head so eh no loss. Now my only issues is this like valve tapping noise. Not that clunky crap that was happening before. But this time its almost as if the cct were out
Damn dude that was one seriously jacked up piston from just a bent valve. My question is what caused it to bend that bad and make those two holes that quickly. I actually was thinking you had bad rod bearings from the video. I didn't expect to see that much damage.
Can you post a video of the new sound? It's hard to make a guess from what you've described other than perhaps timing is a touch off or perhaps it needs the valves shimmed.

i just took it to a local shop and he referred me to a different shop that does the valve lash adjustment. Just some upper head noise and it needs to be reshimmed. The thing that bent the valve that bad was the old motor threw a rod bearing and blew the bike up
WOW! I as soon as I heard that sound I knew what you where going to have to do. I just got out of a similar situation myself. My dad some how managed to drop a screw into the intake when he helped me clean my carbs and didn't mention it to me that one was missing. I started the bike and the next thing you know I'm having to replace a piston, rod, head, head gasket, and re shim the bike. It sucked but I learned a lot and got lucky and found a guy that lived near me with all of the parts I needed except the head gasket for $70! In total the rebuild cost me about $200 after the head gasket and a shim kit. I also took this time to replace my CCT with a manual one. I have attached a picture of what my piston looked like after I removed it.
damn!!!!!! Yours got effed too!!!!
I just finished re shimming mine and its super solid now! installed a universal temp sensor and everything should be good to go. Im going to my new job for the second day so im not taking the motorcycle... not reliable enough yet hahah
