Stutter under 3000rpm, HELP!
Hi from Malta, welcome to the forum.
You have jumped onto an 11 year old thread so highly unlikely you will get an answer.
I would suggest that you create a new thread in the relevant section and go from there.

Greetings & Salutations!!! Let's see some photos of your bike.
Does it idle badly after fans turn on? Might be problem with fans using too much power and dropping voltage. Thus taking power away from ignition-system.
Put voltmeter on dash and monitor power-output from charging system. At low-rpms, usually doesn't have enough power to recharge battery AND run ignition at same time. Voltage measurements from before and after fans turn on will be important information for troubleshooting.
