Being as I know nothing about my bike, I was thinking I should get a repair Manual.
Best options?
It's either that or every week I'm gonna be asking a new stupid question

No such thing as a stupid question, only stupid people that don't ask what they don't know before screwing something up. As for you manual, I use the PDF you can find around. I hear clymer quoted a lot so that seems to be a reliable one. In my auto experience, every one is good for different things. Get the PDF, if you don't like it, at least you didn't waste money. But I suggest a second as a back up purely for clarity. The two I know of are clymer and Haynes.

You have a few choices, factory manual, aftermarket manuals, and owner's manual.

The factory service manual is, IMO, the best one. It's straight tech language though.
The aftermarket manuals are good too and are a bit more DIY friendly.
The owner's manual does not have much repair info, just basic "what is this on my bike" stuff.

You can find all available for download on the net.

Of course, you may ask all you want here. We like the attention...

I have three. The factory, Haynes, and Clymer. Even my factory manual had one error and one obscure diagram. It is like having a group of advisors. Like here.

Well since you guys like the attention!!! I want a repair manual so when I do work on it I kinda have an idea of what I'm doing..but I'm still gonna ask questions

So here's a question.. Put like 700km on the bike this weekend and alot of that being main roads around 100km/h. Slight vibration and a little noise, wondering if this is that CCT noise everyone is talking about???

Is the noise in the engine or from somewhere else? And what of the vibration?

After that distance, be sure to clean your chain and give it some lube.

Is that an F2 you are riding? Here's a thread discussing a noise that seems common to a lot of F2's out there. It might be the noise you are hearing. If not it should still be useful info for the future.

https://cbrforum.com/forum/f2-tech-9...-sound-128548/

The CCT is on the right hand side of the engine so if that's your noise it should originate from there. It can sound like a small rattle if it's a little loose but if it gets very loose it sounds like you're riding a tractor.

I looked at the bike and yes I thinkit was chain noise, lubed it up and then ran up to Wasaga Beach, it sounded way better!!
There's still a little noise but nothing serious I hope.
The Vibration is not major, maybe tire balance out slightly or rim? I work at a Dealership so I do know some stuff...
Plus I think I like it!! LOL

The vibration could be tire balance. What kind of shape are the tires in and how old are they? Could be time for tires anyway.

Lube made the noise better, that's good. Did you check the adjustment and to see if you have a link binding up?

The Front Wheel has a good nick in it, That could be it... the tires were new when I bought it.. but there is 2 different brands on it.. the front is michelin and the rear is bridgestone

Not sure about the adjustment..

Bike is going in next week for the lowering kit and fork seals so maybe I'll ask him to check it
