Default rejetting carbs jet size with pod filters?

Has anyone out there replaced their jets? What size did you use if you are running pod filters. I have a lot of extra jets lying around from different carburetors I've worked on and rejetted and I don't have a lot of time to put jets in and test ride, then put in different jets and test ride again. I'm not talking about a jet kit with replacement needles and main/pilot jets, I'm just talking about jet size replacement. And I'm just asking what size jets were put in ONLY for the people who have pod filters.

I was unaware that the layout of the f2 was even conducive to pod filters...

I'm pretty sure you can as long as the carburetor spacing between them allows for it. I put them on my FZR a while back and put a dynojet kit in it. I had to mic the carb air inlet and find the part number for the K&N filters on their website. Even on that one the filters were almost too close to each other, I had to squeeze them on carefully because they bumped each other.

From what I've read, stick with the stock airbox. Honda put alot of R&D into an air box that provides lots of cool fresh air.

Yeah, I wouldn't waste your time. There's a good chance it'll be giant headache...

Actually that air box blows, pods would be nice but your going to have to figure out a way to rig that up then figure out how much air you let in then rejet them again. The f3's air box is a much better design than the f2. All they did was add a small tube at the end of the air box where those two hoses are pointing down behind the radiator and make almost like a vacuum box looking thing point directly at the radiator similar to the rx-8's ram air design. I only found the f2's air box was anything decent once i ripped the fairings off.
As for jets, don't worry about wasting money on a jet kit, just find mikouni jets how ever thats spelled, and your golden. those jets are like 2 bucks a piece instead of blowing hundreds on their special jets
