Default Rear Set Question

Heres another question about f2-f3 parts compatibility. Will the right side (brake side) from an f3 fit on an f2. It looks exactly the same to me and I read the excel sheet on here with all of the compatibility and it only mentions the differences on the shifter side. There are no differences listed for the right side.

I only ask because the f3 rear set is like $40 cheaper on ebay than the f2 part. And please don't say "Use the search feature" because I have and can't find anything.

F3s were practically unchanged until '97 iirc, others can correct me. I know partly because I bought an F3 seat on Fleabay and got the exact same seat that I had already. Dammit! What I needed, and bought later, was a '97 F3 seat. Go figure!

You're right they are pretty much the same. I checked the two part numbers and they are identical. Probably should have done that in the first place.

akubat, I've got a set of OEM rear sets available for the F2 - just show me the link of the ones your pickin' up on eBay, and I'll sell you my F2 ones cheaper.

I'll get pics of 'em when I get home, and post 'em on my sale thread - not sure why I didn't already - but I'll give you guys (akubat and Jank) first crack at 'em.

I only needed one so I got it from eBay. Although yours are probably in better shape considering how clean the rear shock was. Thanks for the offer though.
