Cons:
-Decreased clearance (already a problem in hard cornering on an F2)
-Altered suspension gemoetry (inferior handling, shock doesn't operate quite the same as intended)
-Increased rake (part of geometry alteration, more stable yet less interested in turning in)

Pros:
-You can touch the ground easier if you are short.
-Improved straight line stability.
-Better 1/4 mile launches.
-Mexicans everywhere will think your hot ****.

I would leave it stock, like Jesse said, lowering just helps when in the straights, just like stretching the rear tire, but both decreases agility, cornering, and turning radius.

And trying to wheelie on a lowered bike is more difficult and a bit more dangerous, b/c with the bike lowered it wants to stay on the ground, which means coming down from a wheelie can end badly, i.e. a tank slapper.

Yeah, my F2 is lowered and stretched in the rear, Ive slowly been getting the parts to return it back to stock. Def gonna be a much better ride when I get it all back to normal.
