not firing on all cylinders?

I tried to clean, but they don't have a spark. Coils are fine. I heard about too rich mixture. Probably make a short circuit. Is that possible ?
Or is it bad spark plug quality.. Black market or what? Now i get Iridium NGK spurk plugs, but i don't know will I have same problem.
