Default New insight on bike failure problem

So slowly getting this bike to work better than when I bought it. It still hesitates or seems to have a flat spot after 9krpm between 1-4k rpms at WOT, but it can run normally with like 1/4 - 1/2 throttle at any rpms below 9k. Anyways I was about out of gas so I flipped it to reserve and the bike again ran perfect. This is like the 4th time where ive let it run on reserve and it runs like a beast wot anywhere and no hesitation. Anyone no what's up?

maybe your bikes running rich for some reason and when theres less fuel it has enough oxygen to accelerate through that bandwidth. Driveability issues **** me off because its always hard for me to pinpoint whats wrong.
