That doesn't make sense...So how is power getting to the running tail lights if your "capping" the tail light on the 4 wire side of the module (power coming into the module). Is that what you were saying or did I read it wrong?

Yeah! I was going to do a How To: but it I think I should figure this thing out first! haha.

p.s. Why are you rewiring yours? Just to clean it up? Or solder the connections?

I wanna rewire mine to clean it up basically. Soldering is nice but I would rather use spade connectors and wrap them so I can move whatever anytime.

Lol as far as capping that wire.. That's just how mine is setup.. How? Idk.. I'm a bit curious as to how mine works as well which is another reason I want to rewire; so I can actually learn how it works. It's weird. Is yours actually working now?

I just realized the reason that wire is capped.. It's because there is a wire that splits in my pictures.. It goes from a green with yellow stripe wire from the bikes harness and then splits into 2 wires that go to the left and right plastic plug terminal. Still don't know why this is but yeah

Mine isn't working. I'm going to go work on it now. On my f2 I have a green with yellow stripe which is the brake, brown is the running lights, and green is ground. I wonder if yours is the same...

I got mine to work! Well I actually bought a different one. The "Hoppy" module that I bought in the first place I don't think works for these bikes. I think these bikes require a module that constists of the brake and turn signals coming out of a single wire. I bought a 3 to 2 wire system. The only thing that is weird about it is using the turn signals with out the brake has a different signal speed from when I use the turn signals when the brake is pressed in. Idk if all modules work like this or not.
