So I'm a little confused. You described adjusting something with the sprocket in that link, and I think the method got lost in translation. What exactly are you modifying?

i also have a 180/55/17 tire on my stock rim. i picked up a free tire from a dealership to put on my cheap stunt bike. Took my old tire off and put the new one on myself by hand. ITs a lot easier than it looks. Fits great and plenty of clearance from the chain/swingarm on my bike....

You must modify Sprocket holder to can put in 5,5" rear wheel - use drawing from WEB !!
180 tyre is for 5,5" if you put on 4,5" - after you have only trouble because tyre loose profile and so on.

For some reason, I think some rims are wide stock on the F2's...Mine is 5.5" stock and I just put a 180 on it and it rides better...I'm looking to install a 6.5 rim from a 900rr...

I highly doubt any F2s came with a stock 5.5" rear rim. If you do have that size out back there, then someone already modified it with a 900rr rim.

If you guys are confused about what koko did.. take a look here...

you have to take the sprocket carrier to a machinist to get it lathed down... then you make some new spacers to center the rim in the swingarm.

Here's a few images with a measure. It is 5.5". I made sure before I had the 180 installed....and if you dig around the forum here, there's a few others that have a 180 on their stock rim in which is probably 5.5" also... From what I understand, the 900rr rim is 6.5" wide anyways...

thats really interesting... could you take a pic of your sprocket carrier..? I'm curious to see if its any smaller than one from a 4.5" rear rim on a stock bike.

for example.. my carrier/hub looks like this one on the left..

you can see how tall it is compared to kokos.. (since his is machined down)

Hence why I'm curious to see what yours looks like and compare.

Mine looks like the one on the left...and that's stock....but as you see, the rim is 5.5" wide.
So I don't know what to tell you about the width of a stock F2 rim, as mine is 5.5" vs. 4.5". Go figure!
Just curious.... How well did that rim fit in there stock? You said you have to machine it down, the just to go back and add spacers? Couldn't you just have left it alone? Seems the only difference would be the alignment of the rear/front sprockets.

So a 5.5 900rr actually fit on the F2 swingarm? Seems a little tight. If a 900rr is 5.5 and a F2 rim is 4.5 than what is a F3 rim?
