Default F2 Shock Piston Band???

New here, I have a customers 1994 F2 that I have rebuilt the front forks and am working on the rear shock. I have it apart and need to replace the piston band. Looking for any help on tracking one down or any other options for this shock. Customer doesn't want to do a gold valve setup, other option is buying another shock off Ebay. Let me know your thoughts, no familiar with this bike and it's options. Thanks

Not a whole lot of options. Gold valve would be my suggestion and a good choice.
You have to remember, this is a 27 year old bike at this point. OEM parts are getting hard to find.
Buying a used shock off ebay, you're still getting 27 year old parts. Not much of an improvement IMHO.
Final choice would be to find a used 'Fox' shock and rebuild it. But that would still be more $$ than a gold valve.

Thanks for the reply. That was pretty much my consensus. I am going to go with the gold valve and get it taken care of. Thanks again.
