Nah it looks ok jdub22 it won't affect performance, and you don't want anything falling down the intake.

When cleaning the float bowls there was a white film that I sprayed carb cleaner on. I then scrubbed the float bowl. No matter what I did after the carb cleaner evaporated the white ghost film would return. Since I removed whatever was actually there I decided to put the bowls back on the carb. There was a lot of sand like gunk in the jets whatever that stuff was idk. So I took the jets out and sprayed carb cleaner through all of the tiny holes and screwed them back into the carburetor. I think the carbs are good to go! I hope I don't have to readjust anything in the carbs. I should be good since I didn't mess with the pilot screw adjustment. I attached some pics of what I encountered while in the carbs.
