coolant change

Smile coolant change

is there a thread on how to flush and change the coolant

Step one, pull lower hose. Step 2 make mess. Step 3 connect hose, step 4 use hose from house and fill the radiator with water while it runs. Step 5 pull lower hose, step 6 make mess , step 7 connect hose, step 8 fill with coolant . Step 9 have EPA and your parents on your sss for making a deadly mess, step 10 go on Internet and ask how to remove coolant hose

On the water pump, lower left side of the motor below the stator is a bolt(10mm I think), unscrew that. The bolt is a above the hose mount a little to the right near the middle of the water pump cover. Only that one bolt needs to be removed. Pull the radiator cover cap off and drain into a pan. Then I recommend flushing it with a simple garden hose and watch all the 20 year old crap come out. Plug everything back up and fill it with coolant.

Should be in the middle above the hose mount, not on the side like your pic. It looks like a side mounted drain plug in the middle of the water pump cover.

Smile carb clean

i did a carb clean on my bike

i took out all the main jet and pilot jet and soked them into carb cleaner in a bowl for about half and hour ,took a took air compresser and blew into the littl holes on the pilot jet.

now i reinset all the jets and everything put back carbs and put bike together runs good

now was i suppose to put the jet and pilot jets back into the exact carb it came out of. are the jets and pilot jet diffrent sizes in each carburator

let me know. from what i heard the two inside carbs burn hotter then outside carbs
