Default Help on Coolant change.

Hi,

About to replace coolant in my 06 600rr. I'm trying to workout exactly which body parts I need to remove in order to complete the coolant change. So far its looking like lower fairing, middle fairing, ram air duct covers, and Front cowl (in order to remove right hand ram air duct covering radiator cap). I would rather not remove the front cowl if i don't have to...
Can owners that have completed this before shed some light on parts they removed; and any other pointers you can provide also.

Cheers.

You may be able to get around removeing the upper cowel if you get a second set of hands and a long funnel, or maybe rig a regular funnel and a hose. You can get to it if you just remove the lower and middle but its a little tight.

Thanks for the reply... It sounds as if the best option would be to just remove the front cowl. The only wires to disconnect would be indicators and headlights??

Yeah, pretty much. I think there's three plugs to disconnect.
