Default choke woes

ive been through every cleaning issue but i cant get my bike to run off choke. it starts fine
on choke. I warm it up until the radiator hoses get hot (that is enough time right?), but if i try to rev it, it stalls. No matter what position I have to choke...
I have stripped the carbs of all rubber/plastic and sprayed/soaked with Berryman B-12 Chemtool and verified the jets are clean and clear with specialized tip cleaners. While cleaning the jet ports, I would spray in and look for the cleaner to exit another area of the carb. I can't get my head around this problem. She is driving me crazy. Please help

I have tried spraying starter fluid in the top of the carbs then starting. This is the only time i can rev it at all. When that burns up, im back to square one.

Hi, have you touched the pilot screws while cleaning your carbs or are they sealed, have you checked your float heights, is the choke operation correct (do the enrichment valves shut off when you push the choke back in) have you changed any jets, a few things I know but always best to eliminate causes

I went ahead and removed the carbs again since it seems like my idle jet passage is clogged even though I had just cleaned it. Is there a way to verify the passage is open? Squirting the cleaner through the jet hole comes out the air inlet on the filter side. If I spray into the port inside the throttle body it comes out the pilot screw hole.does this sound clean?

Did you return the pilot screw to factory settings , 2 1/4 to 3 turns out depending on carb

yeah, 3 turns out from bottomed out... even replaced the o-rings.
anyone have any idea about the size of the hole in the idle jet...? i think it may have something inside of it... I wish i had something telling me how far that hole goes straight from the bowl and the other air inlet from the filter side...I felt some resistance at the very end of my resistor wire but i am afraid its not long enough to finish the job.
