Another question that may seem kind of dumb, but I gotta ask, is: are you certain that the plug wires are connected to at the correct cylinders?
I hate to ask obvious stuff like this, so please don't be offended, but bear in mind, we dont' know if you're a mechanical "noob", or a seasoned wrench!

If you have fuel + spark, and everything that has been discussed here is the case, it is likely compression. How is the oil? Smell of gas? When you are cranking the bike and it doesn't start, the fuel cleans the oil off the cylinder walls, leading to a sudden loss of compression. Changing the oil might just do it.
did anything change from Sunday when it ran to Monday when it didn't? Was any work done to the bike in that timeframe? Did anyone else mess with the bike? Was it moved across the garage, anything?
one of my dads mates hit the kill switch ( he got it in the neck for that) but i cant find out what the problem is. im taking the cdi unit in for testing tomorrow if i can get the resistive values
Sometimes, the contacts below the rocker switch in that assembly get a little corroded, and need cleaning, and sometimes need a soldering "touch up". First try flicking that switch back and forth quite a few times in succession, and keep trying to start it, if it still won't, remove the two screws below the switch/throttle housing and examine the wiring, you may just need to clean things up, and/or re-solder the connections... I had to work on mine, just to clean it up with some contact cleaner.
I'm hopeful, and a little confident, that your issue might just be that simple! Check this first, before yanking a lot more parts unnecessarily!
After I worked this out, on my first F2, I never had any more issues, as I keep my bikes in a garage when I'm not riding, and after a wash, I take a high-powered blower to the switches, and other areas where water can be trapped, to dry them out well, before I towel dry the rest.
