Exclamation BigBore

Hi ,
i decided to put more time in my project cbr f2 since the engine got 120k on it im gonna open the engine cleaning replace some gaskets ..

im thinking about put some big bore kit , my question is if can use stock engine parts in the 637 cc kit or i got to change something to aftermarket?

This change takes some life time of the engine ? blowing up the engine is my first preoccupation

Thank u all

Use F4i pistons to fit to 637cc and to get the more airflow to get the Hp numbers use the F4i intake cam and swap the F2 intake to the exhaust side. You will need adjustable cam sprokets to avoid the valve/piston slapping in the timing. Everyone suggests to lighten the crank while you are at for faster revving rpm's.

I have a thread under my name on here about the 637 swap, you can look it up.
