the search function in this forum will help you a lot. (most people are bored of talking about this as it comes up very often.... ie. search the existing threads)

most people get their cheap fairing kits off ebay. (maybe search the forum for 'ebay fairings' or 'cheap fairings')

my 2 cents just paint them the way you want cheap kit from ebay is gonna cost 500 + shipped and will require some fitting and reaming of holes and you will end up with inferior quality parts also you will at the very least need a new fairing stay and headlight. possibly taillight and seat depending on what year f3(97-98 had a dif tail and seat)

+1 for painting what you've got. Way cheaper and easier!

What they said, plus, most people like the F3 fairings cause they're a touch sleeker, and in my opinion the tail is a bit sleeker.
