giving up so soon, are we? I'll check the parts pile at home this weekend if you don't find one. I have one for sure but I'll have to measure it out to make sure it is up to snuff and straight like you need it. I just took it off my parts bike when I was building up my real one because I knew the one I had on it was straight.

 

Thanks Jimmy, yes I am giving up on mine. It's bent in a tricky spot, it's not just the upper arm that is tweaked.

I'd rather not fuss with it, I haven't half-assed anything else on this build so I would hate to start now.

turns out she's pretty snazzy lookin'. Only issue that might exist is the headlight hangers may need a wee bit of massaging, but only VERY minor. They could be spot on for all I know, I just don't have a light here to reference with.







For some reason, people seem to want between 125-250 dollars for this stupid thing. I don't think that's very reasonable. I paid that for an entire half of a bike, actually. Given the possibility of the necessity of headlight mount tweaking, I'll call it 85 shipped if you'd like to make it yours. $10 Cheaper than the cheapest one I found on eBay if you care to snoop around.

 

if sand.man doesnt go for that i sure as hell will. been looking for one for a while now. and there is no way im going to pay oem price on that piece.
