94 forks aren't measurably any longer than the other F2 forks. I have both - 92's on the shelf and 94's on my bike. The 94's have better internals than the 91-93's.

Yeah they're identical. I have 94 forks on my bike, had 92 forks. No noticeable difference what so ever. Longer forks aren't what you're going for on these bikes anyways. You'd increase rake, which decreases turn in and increases wheel base length. Definitely not what you're looking for anyways, unless you're really into a goofy looking bike that handles poorly.

94's are a direct bolt on. Don't have to change anything. 95-98's (F3 forks) are a little nicer internals - slightly better rebound, but you have to swap the F3 upper legs into your current F2 lowers so your brakes line up. The F3 uppers will fit into your current triples.
